Wastewater Treatment In Rural Areas-a Case Study Of Guangzhou Nansha District

To strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,to realize the sustainable development of China's economy and society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is of great significance and role.In the context of building a beautiful China,beautiful countryside construction,is an upgraded version of the construction of new rural areas.Beautiful countryside,just as its name implies is to have a good ecological,livable living environment,however,with the development of the economy,the current rural water pollution is becoming increasingly serious.Rural domestic sewage treatment work,no delay.Since 2008,Nansha District water and Environmental Protection Bureau began to work in rural areas of Nansha District sewage treatment work,has achieved certain results,which is worthy of recognition.But at the same time,there are still some problems,rural residents straight row,the phenomenon of living sewage to steal the phenomenon occurs,the sewage treatment facilities of rural sewage treatment facilities are not standard phenomenon and so on.Therefore,the research focus of this paper is the problem of domestic sewage treatment in Nansha District.This paper adopts literature data method,interview method and comparative analysis method,analyzes Nansha rural sewage situation,analyzes Nansha rural sewage treatment problems,such as sewage treatment system is not perfect,rural sewage treatment laws and regulations are not perfect,the sewage treatment work,do not know the place,director the department regulation is not in place,based on large amount of literature,from the actual situation of Nansha District,puts forward some policies and suggestions,hope to inspire the water pollution control department,can be helpful for the government to make the government decision-making governance to promote rural sewage,water pollution in rural areas in China are better the.Thesis think,first of all,the rural sewage treatment must have necessity and urgency of species gradually increase along with the rural sewage,pollution of water is also growing,therefore,must give timely treatment,otherwise the devil;Second,the rural life sewage disposal must be full participation,the rural sewage treatment needs the joint efforts of government and residents,local and,be short of one cannot,is the only way to cure the rural sewage problems;Finally,rural domestic sewage must establish a sound legal system,supervision mechanism and take the necessary administrative measures and so on a series of policy measures to supplement each other,to ensure that rural sewage treatment works carried out really effective,improve rural living environment,improve the quality of life of rural residents.
