Study On Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Model In Xiaoshan District

Since 2014,zhejiang province has been the first to carry out sewage treatment in rural areas.According to the unified deployment of Zhejiang Province,Xiaoshan district,by advancing the rural sewage treatment work,has made certain achievements,but the problems which affect the effectiveness of governance still exist,for example,the masses don't cooperate or support.;the construction and engineering quality supervision are difficult,complex,acceptance of work such as light weight construction management situation.Therefore,through the study on the rural living sewage treatment in Xiaoshan district,the paper aims to provide a reference for the rural living sewage treatment in the plain area,especially the economic development area.Paper uses the literature material method,the individual interview method,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis to investigate the current situation of domestic sewage and sewage disposal model in Xiaoshan rural district.Three rural life results were compared,the results showed that water quality monitoring from the terminal,incorporated into the municipal pipe network processing pattern is superior to the villages and towns centralized treatment mode and dispersion model,decentralized processing pattern effect is the worst;In terms of the cost of capital input,the distributed processing mode has the lowest input cost,and the centralized processing mode and the integration of the urban management network model are relatively high.From the evaluation of farmers' satisfaction,the villagers have the highest evaluation on the governance effectiveness of the distributed processing mode.From three different analysis of governance mode choice,among policy factors,financial factors,organizational factors,construction factors,the villagers,the villagers and village cadres)cognitive and intend to influential factors,the follow-up management factors and environmental factors,incorporated into the municipal pipeline network processing mode selection factors affecting larger for money(including municipal pipe network),the villages and towns centralized processing mode selection influence factors for the construction and the villagers,the villagers and village cadres)cognitive and intend to influence factors of influence of distributed processing mode selection for environmental factors and follow-up management.On this basis,according to three different governance mode,combining the reality of Xiaoshan district,We put forward the opinion of the targeted countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for decision-making of rural domestic sewage disposal for all parts of the country to carry out the government's implementation efforts to develop rural life less detours in the process of sewage disposal,and obtain the biggest governance effect.
