A simple,fast,stable and efficient packing box system is becoming the active demand of pharmaceutical packaging industry,because of the cumbersome,security and many other issues of the packaging industry.This paper presented the development and application of a new type of high speed flexible drug box production line.The mechanical structure design of the main equipment of the production line was completed,and the kinematics performance and dynamics simulation of the core equipment(boxing robot)were analyzed.Through the optimization of the operation scheduling and the construction of control system of the production line,a quickly and stable production line ran.The main contents are as follows:? According to the different hierarchies of the general function of the box packing production line,the each sub functions was determined.Then the selection of the main equipment was completed in accordance with the performance matrix analysis method after the analysis of the technical requirements of the packing production line,and technical roadmap was drew.? Thinking about the requirements of each sub function,the design of unpacking device,flaring device,dynamic weighing instrument,packing device,box sealing device and palletizing device were completed by modular design method,and the layout of the whole production line was determined.? The stability,kinematic resolution and stiffness of the packing robot were studied,and the position error of the mechanism caused by the clearance of the revolute pair was considered.? After establishing the simulation model,the stability of the mechanism was determined by analyzing the position,velocity and acceleration of the moving platform.On the basis of considering the angle of the active arm,the selection of the servo motor is completed,and the position error of the mechanism caused by the clearance of the revolute pair is verified.The optimization of the performance of the production line and the improvement of the utilization of the equipment were solved by analyzing the bottleneck in the whole production line.? On account of the operation requirements of the equipment in the packing line,the gas path of the whole system was designed and the gas diagram was drew;According to the signal input and output,the I/O port address assignment and PLC selection were completed,and the running program was also wrote.Finally the control system design of the whole box packing production line was accomplished.The development of high speed flexible medicine box production line system can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce drug pollution,improve production efficiency,and realize the automation of packing operation with high speed,high efficiency and high reliability.which had important promotion prospects.
