In recent years,with the shortage of wood resources and the rising cost of paper packaging materials,the proportion of recycled fibers and fillers in papermaking raw materials is increasing,which greatly reduces the strength of paper.During the process of packing instructions and cartons on the high-speed packaging production line,lints and dusts of cartons are caused by loose fiber fines and padding easy to fall off under the influences of the attribute of paperboard material,the transfer drop,the impact of external forces,the electrostatic adsorption and other factors.Paper dust will bring great negative influences and economic losses to the workshop environment,production equipment and health of personnel.In recent years,high-speed,efficient and intelligent production lines have been widely applied to packaging production,as a result in the increasing paper dust.This subject takes the lint and powder problem of the carton on the automatic high-speed packaging production line of a pharmaceutical factory as the research object.It includes theoretical analysis,laboratory cardboard performance testing and simulation,workshop field investigation and testing,and software simulation simulation.The problem of dust diffusion and pollution in the carton packaging production line was studied,the causes of dust generation and the degree of dust pollution at different positions of the packaging production line were clarified,and the law of the diffusion and migration of dust in the workshop with the airflow was analyzed,and the paper proposed for the carton drop of the production line.A full set of dust removal solutions for the problem of hair loss and powder.The consistency between the measured data of the dust in the workshop production line and the numerical simulation results of the software illustrates the rationality of the simulation,provides a reference experience for the application of simulation methods in packaging production,and provides a solution for the source dust removal and midway dust prevention of the fully automatic high-speed packaging production line.Exploratory research.The main contents of the subject research include below:(1)The definition of the factors of the carton powder drop: By defining the papermaking process,the post-processing process of the paperboard and the carton packaging process on the production line,it is clear that the paper powder is mainly derived from the excessive addition of secondary fibers and fillers.The process of printing and die-cutting indentation causes the surface of the cardboard to be fluffed,the cut is exposed,and the loose dust is affected by the high-speed movement of the production line,the transfer drop,electrostatic adsorption and mechanical force and other factors and fall off.Due to the dust problem,the number of carton products on the production line is reduced by about 3 million every year,and the annual economic loss is about 80 thousand yuan.(2)The measurement of the performance of paper board material and working conditions of the system: Firstly,the performance of four different cardboards was tested.The tested items included the main indicators affecting the lint and powder of the carton,the matching parameters of the product and the production line.The results show that Zhaoxu White Card has the least ash content,its dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient meet the requirements of the production line,and its paper cuts have the lightest degree of powder loss.Then,through the collection and measurement of paper powder on the production line,it was found that the box opening mechanism had the most dust accumulation and serious pollution.The manual carrying table and the carton passage are the areas where dust is generated,and the dust in these two areas is more accumulated,which is easy to contaminate the product.The degree of dust accumulation in the folding mechanism and the box sealing mechanism is normal,and the dust mainly falls into the machine and damages the parts.(3)Analysis of simulation and actual measurement results: When analyzing the degree of dust scattering on the production line,the Fluent software was used to simulate the dust migration law.The study showed that the box opening mechanism was affected by multiple mixed airflows and induced airflows,resulting in large-scale dust spreading and falling.The airflow on the carrying table of the manual is blocked and then flows back,so a large amount of dust is scattered on the carrying table;the air movement space in the carton channel is restricted,and the collision between the dust causes its potential energy to be weakened,and the dust flows to the two channels.The air flow on the box closing mechanism can increase and drive the dust to move back,and the dust that stays for a long time is easy to fall into the push rod mechanism.The simulation and actual measurement results are basically the same,which improves the visualization and accuracy of the test.(4)The solution and improvement plan for powder problems of the production line: The improvement plan includes the replacement of cardboard raw materials and the installation of dust removal equipment on the production line.After integrating the test results of the paperboard and considering the rationality of costs,the conclusion is that the Zhaoxu white card should be used instead of the original white card.According to the condition of the production line,a filter cartridge dust collector with a small footprint was selected,and then the dust removal system and pipeline were designed and calculated.Then,the dust movement law on the production line after the addition of the dust removal system was simulated,and the results showed that the dust collector can effectively absorb dust in the dust source area and block the movement of dust,which proves the rationality of the dust removal setting.After the dust removal design is completed,the control program is designed for the implementation and potential risks of the program,and the economic benefits of the production line after the installation of dust removal equipment are calculated.It is found that about 1.728 million boxes of products on the production line can be added each year,and the economic loss can be reduced.39,600 yuan,the return on investment of the program can reach 88%.
