As the sales volume of China's tobacco industry has slowed down and related smoking ban policies have been introduced,many tobacco companies have introduced new varieties and high-end tobacco products,such as medium,short,and fine cigarettes.Continue to invest in research and development to adapt to changing market needs.In the current cigarette production,it is still mainly in the form of assembly line and special machine automation equipment,while for small batches and diversified cigarette products,manual packaging is still the main.Therefore,it is urgent to develop an intelligent,flexible and automated cigarette box packaging equipment to complete the packaging of multi-variety and small batch cigarette boxes.This research project has developed and designed a complete set of fully automatic flexible packaging platforms for 3 different materials and specifications of cigarette case packaging products,which aims to solve the labor intensity of the current multi-category,small-batch,short-cycle high-end cigarettes and new type cigarettes.Large,high labor costs and other issues provide ideas and improve production efficiency.This article focuses on an automatic packaging platform for cigarette materials based on a two-arm robot.The main tasks completed in this article are as follows:First,according to the specifications and technical requirements of cigarette case products,the overall packaging process was designed and analyzed.The Taguchi method was used to analyze the main influencing factors of the rebound angle of the paper crease,and different crease actions were proposed.The combination of excellent crease action,put forward the overall process evaluation index of cigarette box packaging,optimize the packaging process and get the best packaging process route.Second,the simulation software was used to calculate the robot's flexibility index,the distribution law of the operability point cloud in the working space of the dual-arm robot was analyzed,the mechanical system layout of the cigarette box automatic packaging platform was designed,and the mechanical mechanism of each process flow was designed.Design and verify the performance of important electrical components.Third,design the control scheme of the entire cigarette case automatic packaging system,including the design of PLC control system,robot control system and human-computer interaction interface.Fourth,perform a functional test on the overall function of the cigarette box automatic packaging platform,including the core process and mechanical structure,and verify the packaging technical indicators.
