| The B series casting development project is the first time for the company to undertake external customer 's casting product development projects.This paper takes the development project as the research object,references project risk management process and management method,Combined with the characteristics of the company's casting development,On the one hand,it summarizes the risk management process of the casting development project,On the other hand,to conduct in-depth research on the risk management of the development project,especially the risk assessment and risk response.First of all,the B series of castings development project from customers,suppliers,engineering technology and production management and other four aspects identified twenty risks.Then,utilize the company's abundant professional human resources,quantitative evaluation of these risks with analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method,inspection consistency,obtains the relative weight of each risk to the project and the total risk value of the project.After dividing the risk into three categories,according to the risk response plan,the risk of in-depth analysis,and one by one to develop the corresponding measures.Finally,verify the validity of these risk measures using the Delphi method.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of the company B series of casting development project risk management research has a more important application value.First,put forward the risk management process of casting development project,Secondly,detailed description of the project risk assessment and response to the specific implementation process and calculation methods.The results of these studies can not only reduce the economic losses caused by risk and guarantee the development projects can proceed smoothly,the successful implementation of project objectives,but also help to improve the risk management level of the company,other companies in the industry can also play a reference role. |
