Since China’s reform and opening,with the rapid development of China’s national economy,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious.In order not to take the road of pollution before treatment,our government attaches great importance to environmental protection,and the strength of environmental protection is increasing.In the national "13th five-year" development plan for environmental protection,it is further emphasized to continue to strengthen the comprehensive treatment of air pollution for industrial enterprises based on "12th Five-Year" and promote industrial transformation and upgrading(Ministry of environmental protection,2017).In this background,as a relatively small pollution industry,die-casting production has not been paid attention to before,but now with the further improvement of the national environmental protection policy on pollutant emission standards,the implementation of die-casting environmental protection project to ensure that it is not only an economic investment but also a long-term standard has become an inevitable way for all die-casting production enterprises.Each project has risks,and the more complex and unique the project,the more risks it has(Zhu Xuanyi,2019).Die casting environmental protection project of T company is a typical atmospheric environmental protection project,which is complex and unique,with high investment amount,and correspondingly faces many risks.Firstly,this paper uses the literature research method to study and analyze the related theoretical knowledge of environmental protection project risk management.Secondly,using interview and brainstorming methods to list 29 possible risk factors for die-casting environmental protection projects,using Delphi method to effectively identify 29 potential risk factors,and sorting out the risk list including 4 categories and 15 risk factors.Then,the AHP is used to analyze 15 risk factors in 4 categories.According to the results of the quantitative analysis,the risk levels are re ranked according to the weight value of each sub risk factor in the total risk and classified according to the risk level classification standard.Finally,based on the above overall analysis,the corresponding risk response and safeguard measures are given to the identified 6 A and 2 B-level risk factors.The safeguard measures mainly include the establishment of safeguard organization,application of safeguard tools,supervision and verification of risk management,response strategies,continuous improvement and risk monitoring,etc.to ensure that risks are well controlled.Through the research of this paper,on the basis of a more systematic and comprehensive understanding of the risk management of environmental protection projects in China,to provide a new working idea for die-casting enterprises,provide some operable methods and tools in the risk management of die-casting waste gas treatment projects,and then provide some help for the application of waste gas treatment projects in risk management.
