Environmental protection is one of the basic state policies for China.With the development of our national economy,the environmental impact of the engineering programs like costal berths' construction,extension,and reformation has gained more and more attention.For a long time,our country has implemented the Three Simultaneities system,Environmental Impact Assessment system and later-introduced Environmental Supervision system over engineering programs to give a whole-process protection to environment.During the construction of engineering programs,its environmental and ecological impacts need whole-process environmental supervision and management.Through analyzing the status quo and environmental influence of the reform of Shenzhen Merchants Port's 10 th berth,this thesis analyses its environmental influence factors and environmental protection measures.And with the knowledge of the domestic and overseas documents and current situation of environmental supervision,this thesis designs an achievable environmental supervision plan fitting the reform situation and environmental protection demands of Shenzhen Merchants Port's 10 th berth.Through the research of the environmental influence of the Shenzhen Merchants Port's reformation program,this thesis discusses the importance and significance of environmental supervision from the aspects of organization structure,environmental standards,techniques and control objectives,and elucidates the working procedures and scope of environmental supervision.Combined with the actual city of Shenzhen China Merchants Port Service 10 th berth reconstruction project environmental supervision study for the domestic coastal port berths engineered Environment supervision in how to more effectively carry out management innovation,enhance the flexibility of providing inspiration,and carry out the reconstruction of Berth Related environmental engineering project supervision can learn from experience and can refer to the work of thinking.
