Case Study On Eco-environmental Management Of Bulk Cargo Yard Construction In Panjin Port

The construction of ecological civilization is related to the future of the nation.In May 2017,when General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the theme of "The promotion of green development methods and lifestyles" in the collective study of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee,he pointed out that human economic life must respect nature,conform to nature,and live in harmony with nature,otherwise it would suffer from natural Attack and revenge.The party's and country's emphasis on ecological civilization reflects the state's concern for the construction of ecological civilization and the significance of strengthening the ecological environment protection in the region.In recent years,the problems of ecological environment in various parts of our country have become increasingly prominent and have directly affected the healthy development and sustainable development of China's well-to-do society.It has also seriously affected the normal production and life of the masses in China.Therefore,while the problems of ecological environment management have caused great concern among thousands of households,they have also made major companies pay attention to the management of ecological environment.China's port terminal bulk cargo yards generate environmental pollution such as dust,industrial effluent,and industrial noise during construction and operation,becoming one of the major environmental issues in the construction of green ports,and also a key issue in the management of ecological environment.The research content can be interpreted from three aspects: project problems,causes of problems,and solutions.From the perspective of project issues,this paper clarifies four aspects of the eco-environmental management of the Panjin Port bulk storage yard: the ecological environment management model is irrational;the concept of green management is lacking;there is a risk of oil spill in the yard;and serious dust pollution.Through the excavation of ecological management related theories,macro-environment and micro-environmental analysis are carried out.It is found that the port's green development is the only way.Currently,the management of the port's ecological environment is indeed the soft underpinning of port development.Panjin Port's own ecological environment construction still needs to be developed and other realistic environmental conditions..Based on relevant theories and in-depth analysis from the perspective of the causes of the problems,the specific causes of the eco-environmental management of the bulk cargo yards in Panjin Port were explored,including the lack of ecological environment planning systems,the lack of managers' concept of green business operations,and the omissions and piles of the port's production safety system.There are four main reasons for the lack of field protection measures.And to carry out research and analysis of research countermeasures.The project's solution is the conclusion of the study.From the perspective of optimizing solutions to project problems,this paper proposes concrete solutions to the problem of eco-environment construction in Panjin Port's bulk storage yards,determines the improvement of the ecological environment management system,strengthens the concept of green management,strengthens the port's production safety system,and strengthens the storage yard.The four measures of ecological protection measures for construction have formed an optimization system for the eco-environmental management of the bulk cargo yard construction in Panjin Port,which has effectively promoted the sustainable operation of the project and safeguarded the ecological safety of Panjin Port's bulk cargo yard construction.The conclusion of the study has important research significance for Panjin Port's ecological and environmental management issues.In the face of the specific eco-environmental management issues of the Panjin Port bulk storage yard,the possible practical problems in the ecological management process are discussed,and the internal causes are analyzed.Based on this,a clear optimization plan is the reality that should be valued and discussed in the era background.The problems also have implications for the management of the ecological environment of the port enterprise projects.
