The embedded co-cured damping composite material has a broad application prospect in the many high-tech fields such as space craft,high speed train and so on.The properties of hydrothermal environment resistance and corrosion resistance directly affect the application of this material in special environment.The structural failure mechanism,the interlaminar shear property,the friction as well as wear properties and the damping performance of the embedded co-cured damping composite material before and after moisture absorption treatment with the neutral solution,acid solution and alkaline solution were comparatively studied in this paper,and the influences of temperature and humidity on the damping property of this material were explored in detail.A foundation for the application of the embedded co-cured damping composite material in the all-weather environment is laid stably.The main innovations are listed as the following:(1)Combined the temperature and humidity environment with the damping experiment,the experiment platform to test the damping property of the embedded co-cured damping composite material in hot and humid environment was established,and the influences of temperature and humidity on the damping property of the embedded co-cured damping composite material were investigated deeply.(2)The experiment platform to measure the moisture absorption performances of the embedded co-cured composite damping structure was built up,and the relation of the hygroscopic rate of the seawater,H2SO4 solution,Na OH solution and Na Cl solution with the structural parameters were obtained respectively.(3)In order to explore the mechanical properties of the embedded co-cured damping composite material after moisture absorption treatment with the neutral solution,acid solution and alkaline solution,the interlaminar shear experiment,the damping experiment and the friction as well as wear experiment were carried out respectively,the relations of structural parameters with the mechanical properties of the material before and after the treatment is studied in detail.(4)The least-square technique which can make full use of the all available datameasured was presented to solve the relative damping coefficient,which is able to improve the accuracy of the analytical results.
