| In order to improve the in-plane mechanical properties and interlaminar bonding properties of composites,a damping structure of embedded co-curing stitched composites was proposed.Because ECSDC has high specific stiffness,specific strength,excellent damping properties and designability of three direction mechanical properties.Therefore,ECSDC has a broad application prospect.Based on the design process of ECDCS board,the in-plane equivalent elastic parameters and dynamic performance of ECSDC are studied by numerical simulation and experimental verification.The main innovations are as follows:(1)The ECSDC plate manufacturing process was developed,the workpiece manufacturing process and process parameters were obtained.(2)The tensile failure test,free decay test and interlaminar shear test were designed,and the test bench was built.The tensile strength,damping performance and interlayer bonding performance of the ECSDC plate were obtained through tests,which laid the foundation for the next research.(3)The static model of ECSDC plate was established by ANSYS,and the in-plane equivalent elastic parameters of ECSDC plate were analyzed.The static test bench was built to verify the effectiveness of the finite element model,O n the basis of the verification results,the variation of the in-plane equivalent elastic parameters of ECSDC plate with the stitched parameters was obtained.(4)The dynamic model of ECSDC plate was established by ANSYS,and the in-plane dynamic performance of ECSDC plate was analyzed.The dynamic test bench was set up to verify the effectiveness of the finite element model,On the basis of the verification results,the variation rule of the dynamic performance of ECSDC plate with the stitched parameters were obtained. |
