| It is the inevitable trend for the development of mining to innovate traditional mining industry by using modern high technologies. Virtual mine is the main part of digital mine, which plays an important role in the construction of mine informatization. Through integrating large amounts of data involved in the mining production, including engineering geological conditions, ore body morphologies, mining schedules and locations of roadways and stopes to visualization of three-dimensional dynamic models by virtual reality technology, On the one hand we can directly express the relationship between pioneering system and geological structure. On the other hand help us find safety hazards of mining production processing by comprehensive analysis of integrating relevant data. Therefore, establishing mine virtual reality system and integrating all kinds of data information for real three dimensional display, which offer people a comprehensive and overall analysis and make the existing resources to be used rationally and effectively, have become an important symbol and pursuing objective of modern mine development.Based on Xia Dian Gold Mine, this article establish virtual reality science of the gold mine. Through site investigation, numerical simulation, theoretical research etc. we acquired rock mechanics, stress field and other information of the gold mine. Based on this information, we conduct rock mass quality classification and evaluate the stability of the rock mass. Finally, Integrated all of the information, we established the virtual reality system of Xia Dian gold mine, which can provide a platform for integrated and analyzed the ground pressure monitoring data of Xia Dian deep mining. The main research works are as follows:(1) Building mine virtual scene through geometric modeling and laser scanning.(2) Use ShapeMetrix 3D digital photogrammetry measuring system, acquire the information of the structural of rock mass. Based on this information we complete the rock quality designation, calculate parametre of rock mass, we can also query the information while we wander in the roadway.(3) Using the GeoSMA-3D to identify instability blocks, and integrated structural surface and key blocks into the virtual scene, to realize information browsing of the process of independent roaming.(4) Using the FLac3D to get the disturbed background stress field, evaluate stability of the surrounding rock. Integrating the simulation outcomes of the stress field to virtual reality scene, broadening the application fields of virtual reality and improving its practicability.(5) Integrating the above results, establishing a set of virtual mine system with the functions of virtual roaming, data querying and interactive control. Using the system, we can provide a platform for integrated and analyzed the ground pressure monitoring data of Xia Dian deep mining, which can improve mine levels of digitization and informatization. |
