Dagang oilfields binhai is nearly 2 years deep exploration in dagang oilfield company. Dagang binhai block well designed well, about 4600 m deep. Generally for vertical Wells, the main drilling coastal structure for a period of paleogene sand, dongying group of oil and gas.Binhai blocks in the lower formation in dagang oilfield to contain arenaceous shale structure, rocks composed of argillaceous and sandy, stratum with high hardness, strong abrasive, single PDC bit penetration, low rate of penetration, less restricted the process of the formation of exploration and development.Complex geological conditions, the production of the reservoir buried depth, high temperature, high pressure, the upper formation pressure coefficient, low pressure system is easy to bring more blowout, lost circulation and sticking, sidewall collapse accidents and complications, such as the drilling design and construction more difficult.By PDC bit type, drilling tool combination optimization, complex technical measures to prevent accidents, application of new drilling tools, new technology, effectively accelerate the binhai block of deep well drilling speed.
