| At present,China has basically formed a deep 3500 m drilling technology with shallow shale gas horizontal wells, with ability to develop shale gas,but there are some problems such as azimuth drift and the problem that the well trajectory is adjusted frequently in the horizontal well drilling of deep shale gas, which is more than 3500 m.It can not meet the needs of shale gas development in deep strata in Southeast sichuan. The research on the control technology of the horizontal well trajectory in deep shale gas is helpful for the formation of perfect horizontal well technology to accelerate the exploration and development of deep shale gas in china. In this paper,we do some work on the problem of the horizontal well trajectory control of deep shale gas:This paper studies the design and calculation of wellbore trajectory considering the azimuth drift. In this paper, the law of azimuth drift is analyzed. The trajectory design of modified method considering azimuth drift and the calculation method of 3D well trajectory considering azimuth drift are studied. The software related to the optimal design of the well trajectory considering azimuth drift is developed.Rotary steering drilling technology is the development direction of well trajectory control technology. To provide theoretical basis for well trajectory control, the mechanical model of rotary steering control and the mechanical model of BHA are established and the BHA guide force analysis of the rotary steering drilling tool is carried out. This paper analyzes the basic application and application of the rotary steering technology in Weiyuan shale gas 1HF well. The rate of build is increased by increasing the rotational speed, reducing the drilling pressure, and reducing the penetration rate while using a rotary steering drilling tool. When using the rotary steering drilling tool, the bit selection should be done well.the AT505 S bits used are drilled in high silica formations and wear badly.A bit with good lateral cutting ability shall be selected for use in build-up section. |
