Research On Formation Mechanism And Evolution Mechanism Of Miners’ Violation Behavior

The number of serious accidents of mining Industry is dropped slightly, however, safety accidents still occur frequently in China. The main reason is that the behavior interaction of multi-agent makes formation mechanism and evolution mechanism of miners’ violation behavior unclear, the governance strategy targeted is insufficient, therefore, miners’ violation behavior(MVB) despite repeated prohibitions. There is a consistent thread running through the total research "formation mechanism analysis-evolution mechanism analysis-governance strategy". The article reveals main results and conclusions as follows:Firstly, the formation mechanism model of miners’ violation behavior based on structure equation model(SEM) is constructed and verified. The empirical result showed that the formation mechanism model has applicability for research on formation causes of MVB. Job burnout, level of education, safety knowledge and safety motivation have direct effects on MVB; Working environment not only has an indirect effect on MVB by safety motivation, but produces an indirect effect through safety climate, safety leadership, safety of group behavior; Safety climate, safety leadership, safety of group behavior have indirect effects on MVB through safety knowledge and safety motivation, and safety leadership has an indirect effect on MVB though safety knowledge.Secondly, the multi-agent evolution model of MVB. The results showed that the evolution system of MVB influenced by multiple agents is a complex and adaptive system; the onset effect and the forces of each agent had differences; environment materialized extent, work environmental comfort, equipment security directly or indirectly affected miners’violation behaviors selection inclination.Lastly, the governance strategy of MVB were proposed, including preventive mechanism, intervention mechanism and safeguard mechanism of MVB.
