The Study On Miners’ Violation Behavior Based On Social Learning Theory

Miners’ violation behaviors are important inducing factors of safe accident, in order to research miners’violation behaviors factors and formation mechanism. Using social learning theory as research framework, the paper research miners’violation behaviors from social learning and cognitive, joining the behavior habit variable, building the miners" violation behaviors forming mechanism theory model, and using structural equation model verifies theory model. Finally, raising management strategy. The main conclusions are as follows.(1)Miners’ violation behavior questionnaire is developed under the framework of social learning theory. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and conforms to the requirements of the research.(2)The significant difference of the biography characteristics on variables is analyzed. The results are as follows. Miners of different age groups don’t have significant difference on variables. Miners of different length on self-efficacy, behavior habits and violation behavior intention exist significant differences; and on behavior models, different contact belief, cognitive and different reinforcement don’t exist significant differences. Married miners which compare with unmarried and divorced miners exist significant differences; and no significant differences on other variables. Miners of different cultural levels on self-efficacy, behavior habits, cognitive and violation behaviors intention exist significant differences; and on behavior models, different contact belief and different reinforcement don’t exist significant differences.(3)The miners’violation behaviors forming mechanism theory model is constructed. The empirical results are as follows. Behavior model and different contact belief not only directly impact on the violation behavior intention, also through mediation role of security cognitive indirect impact on violation behavior intention; self-efficacy, different reinforcement, behavior habits and safety cognition have a direct effect on violation behavior intention.(4) Miners violation behavior intervention strategies are put forward. Intervention strategies include:playing an exemplary role of safe behaviors model, implementing behavior contract method, and the miner safety quality engineering, in order to eliminate violation behavior, strengthen safety behavior and improve the miners’ safety cognition.
