The safety problem of coal mining enterprises has been an important problem that has plagued the steady development of social economy in China for many years.Although the number of accidents and deaths has been decreasing year by year, the mortality rate of millions of tons is still at a higher level compared with that of advanced countries.According to a large number of statistical data at home and abroad, the unsafe behavior of people is the main cause of production accidents in coal mining enterprises. Therefore, controlling people's unsafe behavior becomes the fundamental way to prevent accidents in coal mining enterprises.Because of the particularity of the coal mine production staff group, the spread of unsafe behavior in the group is widespread. However, the existing research focuses on the formation mechanism and influencing factors of individual unsafe behavior. There are few studies on the spread of unsafe behavior, and it is difficult to control the evolution of behavior in the dynamic system. Therefore,it is urgent to study the spread of unsafe behavior among coal miners, clarify its spread rules and influencing factors, and provide theoretical basis for formulating relevant control measures.Firstly, based on group theory and complex system theory, combined with field research, the dissemination effect of unsafe behavior of coal mine production staff is analyzed from the aspects of core concept definition, group characteristics analysis and causal inference of unsafe behavior dissemination phenomenon.Secondly, the dissemination process of unsafe behavior is analyzed based on the actual production situation and the related theory of unsafe behavior. On the basis of the above research contents,an evolutionary game model is established for the two important objects of coal mine production staff and safety supervision, and the process of strategy adjustment and stabilization of game members under bounded rationality is analyzed by calculation. Finally,in order to compensate for the shortcomings of traditional static data analysis methods in revealing the law of behavior evolution and providing guidance for dynamic control, this paper uses multi-agent modeling method to study the problem of unsafe behavior propagation, and carries out simulation experiments on the evolution of unsafe behavior propagation under different regulatory strategies and different behavior costs and benefits, and also combines the simulation results.Theoretical analysis.According to the results of the analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding measures to control the spread of unsafe behavior,in order to improve the level of enterprise safety management more effectively.
