| With the progress of human society, the chemical industry developed rapidly, and the number of hazardous chemicals manufacturing increases with each passing day, because of some companies’ omissions and other problems in the production of chemicals to the use, operation, storage, transportation and so on, they may cause hazardous chemical accidents. Hazardous chemical incidents greatly impact on people’s lives and property, and studying on effective management mechanism and emergency rescue mechanism for reducing effects of hazardous chemicals accident is of great practical significance.This thesis is about a study of hazardous chemicals in Fuxin city, using Google Earth software to obtain location information of each working units and classifying hazardous chemicals in Fuxin city. Based on fluid network theory, I draw the hazardous chemical emergency traffic network map in Fuxin city, build a network topology, propose a hazardous chemical emergency rescue shortest path model in Fuxin city, and build a hazardous chemical emergency response mechanism in Fuxin city combining with the specific situation of Fuxin city. This study for reducing hazardous chemical accidents of Fuxin city provides some technical support. |
