Fujin national wetland park,Heilongjiang Prov.constructed the artificial ecological islands to restore the wetland ecological. In the wetland-biology,the change of population structure and diversity of macrozoobenthos and birds can reacted the variation of the habitat accurately.Studies have shown that, the diversity of birds, directly or indirectly influenced by the amount of macrozoobenthos. To investigate the macrozoobenthos and the birdscommunity structure influenced by the islands in wetland restoration in Fujin national wetland park,a total of 5 sampling for the community structure was taken in spring, summer and autumn in 2015 and 2016.The results showed that in the investigation,a total of 110 species macrozoobenthos belonged to 3 phylum 6 class 13 orders 37 families were found in Fujin national wetland park,of which most are arthropod, has 86 species.Second is the mollusks which has 16 species.Annelid is the least, has 8 species.Among dominant species were: Radix plicatula,Parafossarulus striatulus and Palaemon modestus.Between the different quarters, the macrozoobenthoscommunity in the artificial ecological islands and the water surface area, also the macrozoobenthoscommunity in high water level and low water level of the artificial ecological island, and different constructed years and different sedimentals, the species composition and the number among the community structure of macrozoobenthos in Fujin national wetland park have significant differences by ANOVA and T-Test.The hierarchical cluster analysis and non-metric multidimensional scaling(MDS)showed that community structure was divided 29 communities into two group: artificial ecological island and clear water, divided artificial ecological islands sampling sites into two group: The island sedimentals are stone and soil, which indicated that the macrozoobenthos community structure had been changed greatly after constructed artificial ecological island, and the species composition and classification pattern of the macrozoobenthos have differences in two sedimentals artificial ecological islands.A total of 80 species birds belonged to 14 orders 28 families were found in Fujin national wetland park,Among dominant species were: Fulica atra ? Anas platyrhynchos ? Anas poecilorhyncha and Anas crecca.Between the different quarters, the birds from two line transects, also the birds from high water level and low water level of the observation points, and the observation points which have same water level but the disturbance degree are different, the species composition and the number among the community structure of birds in Fujin national wetland park have significant differences by ANOVA and T-Test.Interference and water depth are main factors that influence the distribution of birds, particularly waterfowl. The macrozoobenthos closely associated with waterfowl in Fujin national wetland park, the macrozoobenthos mainly affect distribution of the waterfowl by density.Waterfowl and macrozoobenthos was significantly associated with individual density(r=0.879),they have the same change trend in individual density, but the diversity index is adverse.Distribution of macrozoobenthos not only can impact on birds directly, but also through its decomposition reaction of vegetation in habitat can affect the dynamic changes of the bird community indirectly. The conclusion is that constructed artificial ecological islands in the northeast Sanjiang plain wetland restoration have a promotion to increase the species diversity, also provides a theory and practice paradigm for wetland ecological restoration.
