Research On The Legal System Of Agricultural Waste Resources In China

This article mainly around the perfection of the legal system of agricultural wastes in China,first of all,from the overview of agricultural wastes,defines the concept of agricultural wastes,and expounds its significance and narrates the present status of agricultural wastes,on the basis of the derivation of agricultural wastes the body of the legal relationship.Secondly,the basic theory of agricultural waste resource is analyzed.Thirdly,the present situation and deficiency of agricultural waste legal system in China are analyzed and studied.Finally,based on the reference and study of the legal system of agricultural waste recycling in Japan and Germany,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the legal system of agricultural waste resources in China.Combining with the particularity of agricultural wastes,specific issues specific analysis,starting from the main body of the typed,for the government,waste management companies,farmers,ngos,the main body for the perfect legal norms.In terms of perfect legal system of agricultural wastes proposed to establish related special law,administrative regulations and departmental rules of bold attempt,in addition,involving the incentive system,waste management companies and farmers' behaviors of system is improved,perfect the nongovernmental organizations(ngos)in the final section introduces the supervision system of villagers' group.
