Public bicycle is a low-carbon and environmentally friendly means of transport and it plays an important role in easing traffic congestion and solving the "last mile" problem.In the construction of public bicycle system,the layout of the public rental station is the most basic content,only choose the scientific and rational planning method,can the urban public bicycles play the biggest role.And the premise of the reasonable allocation of the rental station facilities is that the planner must take the accurate and reliable measurement method to measure the spatial accessibility,so as to accurately judge the lack of rental point of the area.This study selected the main urban city of Fuzhou as the research object,using GIS spatial analysis technology,basing on spatial data?scale data?borrow and return data?census data?traffic network and other data of public bicycle rental station to study the spatial accessibility and spatial layout optimization of lease points.First of all,according to the current situation of public bicycle rental point,grasp the characteristics of public bicycle travel,and find out the problems existing in the lease point resource allocation.Secondly,from the residential perspective and city spatial perspective to the rental station of accessibility for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally according to the analysis result of the accessibility,optimize the space layout of the rental station consider the development of Fuzhou city planning.The results show that from the current distribution of the public bicycle rental station,there are many problems,such as the number of rental points is too small,the uneven distribution of the lease,the limited coverage of the service,the inadequate service population ratio?the long distance between rental station and residential areas;from the accessibility of the public rental stations,the overall allocation of station resource in the main city of Fuzhou is inadequate,the overall accessibility is low,the spatial difference of rental station resources is obvious,high in the core city,and continuously decreasing outward;From the point of space layout optimization of rental station,the study area need at least 535 stations so it can meet the need of residents,maximize coverage model compared to minimize impedance model can effectively improve the efficiency in the use of public bicycles.
