Urban park green space,as an important component of the urban green space system,is an important activity space closely related to the daily lives of urban residents,playing an irreplaceable role in meeting the growing spiritual needs of residents.The evaluation criteria for urban park green space construction have gradually shifted from the initial calculation of per capita park green space area,green space rate,green coverage rate,and other indicators to a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the actual efficiency of park green space services.As a new indicator for evaluating the construction of urban park green space,reachability can measure the service supply capacity,traffic convenience and space accessibility of park green space by integrating multiple factors,and explore whether residents can reach the park green space conveniently and quickly,so as to scientifically evaluate the rationality of the layout of urban park green space.This thesis takes the park green space in the central city of Yantai as the research object,takes the network analysis method and space syntax as the theoretical basis,and uses Arc GIS,s DNA,Qgis,ENVI and other software analysis platforms to conduct a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the reachability of four types of park green space.The entire research process is based on GIS technology,with Arc GIS as the main analysis software.The network analysis method uses the Arc GIS software Network Analyst module as the main analysis platform,establishes a GIS database,and simulates the actual travel characteristics of residents;The spatial syntax takes the s DNA plug-in in Arc GIS software as the main analysis platform,uses optimized syntax parameters that are more suitable for urban scale,and uses Arc GIS spatial analysis tools to analyze syntax parameters,and visualizes the results.The study found that the reachability level of motor vehicles was the highest among the three modes of transportation,followed by cycling and walking.Within a 30 minute travel time,only motor vehicles can basically cover the entire central urban area.The accessibility rates for cycling and walking in the central urban area are 75.01% and 33.35%,respectively.The distribution of residential areas is well adapted to the layout of parks and green spaces,and the accessibility rates for residential areas have increased to 88.89% and 50.73%,respectively.In the overall reachability evaluation,Fushan District has the highest level of reachability among the four administrative regions,and the road network structure of the area where the park green space is located is more integrated and central,which can attract and carry more people and traffic flow;Community parks have the highest overall reachability among all types of park green space,while comprehensive parks and special parks have medium overall reachability,which is less adaptable to their overall service needs.In the local reachability evaluation,Zhifu District and Fushan District have the highest reachability level,and the park green space is more integrated and central within the1600 m service radius;Community parks have the highest level of local reachability among all types of parks,and are well suited to their local service needs.Combined with network analysis method and space syntax,this paper evaluates and analyzes the reachability of park green space,comprehensively considers the subjective feelings of people and the actual situation of urban traffic,and the evaluation results are more comprehensive and accurate.It concludes that the reachability level of the three modes of transportation is from high to low,followed by motor vehicles,cycling,and walking,and the walking accessible area has a large gap compared with the first two modes of transportation,and the service blind area is large;The matching degree between park green space types and their reachability level is low.Some large parks are located in remote places with few entrances and exits.The overall reachability level and service efficiency are low,which is easy to cause waste of resources.While some small parks have good overall reachability,but there are insufficient facilities,affecting the actual service capacity;The layout of green spaces in parks is not closely related to the distribution of residential areas,and has poor adaptability to population density.There is a situation of high population density and low number of parks,where residents’ demand exceeds the park’s supply capacity,and the carrying pressure of parks in the area is too high;The park green spaces around the mountain are limited in the direction and quantity of entrances and exits due to the terrain,which will increase the time cost for residents to travel.Parks near the Haihe River area are usually planned as strip parks along the water area,with a large number of entrances and exits and often open,making it convenient for residents to reach the park.Aiming at the existing main problems of reachability of park green space in the central urban area of Yantai,this paper probes into the optimization strategies of reachability from the aspects of park layout,road structure,etc.: comprehensively considering the level of road reachability and the distribution of residential areas within the service blind area,24 community parks are added to select sites,and the network structure of park green space is improved by adding small and medium-sized parks;In the sections where the local reachability of the road is low and not suitable for the construction of additional community parks,in combination with the population density of the street and the distribution of residential areas,the park with a small service scope will be built nearby,and the reachability level will be improved by improving the matching degree of population distribution and the number of parks;Pay attention to the quality construction of park green spaces,carry out maintenance work in the later stages of construction,ensure the quality of the park,and enhance the comprehensive attractiveness of the park;Improve the road network structure,increase the connectivity between park green spaces and global and local high value clustering areas,as well as urban expressways;Improve the comfort of walking and cycling,optimize the public transportation system,and promote slow traffic.
