Evacuating channel is an important part of urban earthquake disaster prevention planning, scientific selection of its section and rational distribution of network are the foundation to guarantee the stable operation of the city when the earthquake occur. Currently, the research of evacuating channel mostly about two aspects, the one is for Engineering technology, such as road reliability and bridges reliability. The other is Macro overview such as class divide, width control and planning principles. But its lack of theoretical aspects of planning support. Mathematical model is an accurate method of research questions, how to use mathematical models to solve the rational layout of evacuating channels in the information age is one of the main topics of current research. Based on this, the accessibility theory and evacuating channel combined with accessibility evacuating channel for the study, combined with demonstration projects applied a mathematical model to explore the space syntax research accessibility for evacuating channel, and make shock evacuation routes optimal accessibility layout scheme.This article summarizes the basis of concepts for accessibility and common metrics method, by analyzing the shock of evacuation routes and characteristics for the relevant requirements, This article propose suitable for evacuating channel accessibility of the three metrics, namely connectivity index, road accessibility index and the degree of influence, and to analyze the relationship between the space syntax syntax five variables, as space on the method of evacuating channel accessibility study basis. The results show that: the layout of the model derived by space syntax Donghai County Center City evacuating passage reasonable overall, partly due to the width of the road is narrow, low grade, but with higher accessibility and accessibility of the entire road network has improvement by analyzing the recommendations in selecting evacuating channel. This study was evacuating channel layout provides a new idea, and provide theoretical guidance and methods for the rational distribution of other cities evacuating channel reference.
