Development Of Electric Impact Sampling Drill Rig

Shallow drilling sampling has many characteristics,such as remote area,water shortage,short drilling period and high quality of sample.The traditional geological drilling equipment has large size and heavy parts.It is difficult to move and transfer equipment,the labor intensity of the workers is heavy,also there are many problems such as high maintenance cost and low sample adoption rate.most of the existing shallow sampling drill rigs adopt the rotary method,which requires circulating medium in the process of drilling,the pollution and disturbance to the sample is big.Bases on the working characteristics of shallow sampling and the problems of the existing sampling equipment has,this paper designs an electric impact sampling drill rig and mainly carries out the following work:(1)Through the analysis of the characteristics of several commonly used impactors,the drop hammer type impactor driven by motor was adopted and the.overall scheme of impact mechanism was designed.(2)The calculation of motor,sprocket chain,belt and pulley and other key components of the impact mechanism were carried out,determined the power and rotational speed of the motor and the model number of the chain and belt,optimized the structure of the sprockets,pulleys and other related parts.According to the overall requirements and technical parameters of the drill rig,the lifting mechanism made up of electric hoist,pulley block and drill frame is designed.(3)The 3D graphics of rig parts were drawn and assembled into a virtual prototype.on this basis,the design of the drill was optimized and improved.completed all the design drawings of automatic impact sampling drill rig and made a prototype.(4)The installation and debugging was carried out in the laboratory and done a indoor experiment,through experiment it further verifies the performance of drilling rig,discovers some shortcomings in design,provides a basis for future improvement.This drill rig has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient operation and strong disassembly.sampling by impact drilling type doesn't need flushing medium,has a high core recovery rate and no pollution and little disturbance to the sample,it has a good application prospect in the field of environmental science sampling and engineering geological exploration.
