Lunar sample has a significant economic and scientific significance; complet-ion of lunar sample will lay foundation for human development of lunar resources.The sampling device of the lunar soil is essential for lunar soil collecting equipment,adaptability and low power consumption advantages while drilling deep sample.Foreign countries have been successful application of lunar soil deep samplingdevices are used drilling design. Due to the characteristics and composit-ion of thetarget lunar soil cannot be ascertained and the limited capacity of launch vehiclepropulsion, study of drill sampling device lightweight, low power, high efficiencyand high reliability characteristics have important academic research andengineering applications. The topic for the drill sampling device develops drillsampling parameters test-bed.Through access to relevant aspects of data and the Soviet Union and the UnitedStates successful sample return experience, a drill sampling program of theparameters test system is proposed based on the principles and structure of the reallunar soil collection device. The test-bed using a non-slip soft bag-based coring asthe core mechanism can complete turn, excitation and footage, three actions, whichcan be achieved with free. The test bed can detect rotary torque, rotary speed,drilled pressure (WOB), footage displacement, excitation frequency and excitationdriving force.Exciting driving force, excitation frequency response characteristics, footagecharacteristics of the test-bed is analyzed and calculated. Through the establishmentof the cam force model derived the relationship between the maximum drivingtorque and the cam rotation speed. The finite element is used to check stress andstrain of the main load bearing components. Uses the three dimensional modelingsoftware established the test bed2D drawing and3D models. The detail analysisand structural design of the drill sampling parameters test-bed has been completed,and fabrication has been completed. The data acquisition system of the test-bed hasbeen set up.Drill sampling parameters test-bed performance test experiment and drillsampling load forecast experiment have been completed by using the drill samplingparameters test-bed. The experiments verify core principle of the slip soft bag andcomplete the drill sampling load forecast.
