Earthquake disaster seriously affect the development of China's national economy. In addition, due to the great difficulty of earthquake disaster prevention, the need for coordination and cooperation in all aspects of the whole society needs long-term hard and meticulous emergency management. Emergency management of earthquake disaster is a complex and long-term system engineering, the system of various factors will have an impact on the effectiveness of the system, but at the same time, the impact of different factors on the system size is different. Therefore, it is very necessary to identify the key factors in the emergency management of earthquake disaster and the path of these key factors.Firstly, the DSMT-based DEMATEL method is used to determine the influence degree of the influencing factors on the whole of the earthquake disaster emergency management system, and the causal map is drawn, and all influencing factors are divided into reason group and result group. In this paper, we use the maximum mean difference entropy method to determine the correlation graphs that influence the influencing factors of the maximum influence relation information, and then analyze the interrelationship among influencing factors. The conclusion shows that on the basis of importance analysis and correlation analysis, six key factors influencing the emergency management of earthquake disaster are successfully identified, and the six influence paths can be implemented. Finally, this paper puts forward the suggestions on the implementation of emergency management of earthquake disaster. Under the premise of focusing on the implementation of key factors, the whole process is divided into four stages:preparatory work, medium-term strengthening, overall implementation and auxiliary strengthening.
