A Comparative Study On The Efficiency Of Seven Marine Industries In Six Coastal Provinces

Twenty-first Century is the century of ocean,"Maritime Silk Road" national strategy makes the marine economy more attentive.As the carrier of the development of the marine economy,the marine industry attracts attention of the coastal provinces.Six coastal provinces have responded to the call of the national marine strategy.According to their geographical position and economic development,six coastal provinces put forward the strategy of marine economy and industrial development,which provides a higher platform for economic development and industrial optimization of six coastal provinces.In this environment,what is the efficiency of the marine industry in six coastal provinces? How to improve the efficiency of marine industry in six coastal provinces? These are the real problems that must be faced in six coastal provinces.Firstly,this paper defines the marine industry and analyzes the relationship between enterprise efficiency and industrial efficiency,introduces the industrial efficiency and its influencing factors,and establishes the model and theoretical basis for the research of marine industry.On the basis of the previous research results,the input and output indicators of the marine industry development were established,and the static efficiency and dynamic efficiency of marine industry in six coastal provinces and coastal provinces were quantitatively compared.The empirical results of this paper show that:(1)The six coastal provinces have their own industries with high efficiency in the seven marine industries.For example,Zhejiang,Guangdong and Fujian province have higher efficiency in marine fishery,marine chemical industry,marine shipbuilding industry and seawater utilization industry.But some But there are always at the bottom of the efficiency of provinces are always at the bottom of the efficiency,Such as Liaoning and Shandong.(2)From the perspective ofefficiency factors,the company size has a negative impact on the efficiency of the marine industry in six coastal provinces.The market share has positive correlation with the efficiency value of marine industry in ix coastal provinces.The impact of the ratio of assets to liabilities and the composition of the state on the marine industry in six coastal provinces depends on the situation of the provinces.By comparing the efficiency of marine industry in six coastal provinces and the coastal provinces and the influencing factors,the author systematically clarified the position of marine industry efficiency in six coastal provinces and the main factors that affect the efficiency of marine industry in six coastal provinces.Based on the main research conclusions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions according to the characteristics of the seven marine industries in six coastal provinces.
