The multiple attribute group decision making with linguistic information have been widely used in many different fields such as:information retrieval,risk assessment,sensory evaluation,data mining,and social choice.The 2-tuple linguistic representation model has been widely-used in many different topics such as,linguistic decision making,computing with word,linguistic computing models and etc.This use is because of reasons such as,its accuracy of information representation,its good interpretability,its usefulness for improving linguistic solving processes in different applications and so forth.Meanwhile,due to the lack of their own knowledge and experience,the decisions makers often hesitant and could not provide accurate results when they evaluate the real-life complex decision problems.So the hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple problems have attracted much attention of many scholars.Therefore,in this paper,we investigate two types of interval 2-tuple aggregation operators and their applications to multiple attribute group decision making under uncertain environment.The main contents include:(1)The most disadvantage of current linguistic operations is that it does not satisfy the closeness.In order to overcome the shortcomings,we introduce a new kind of interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic operations based on Algebra t-norm and s-norm.(2)Considering the interaction among decision making information,we propose the concepts of interval 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni averaging(I2TLBA)operator,interval 2-tuple linguistic weight Bonferroni averaging(I2TLWBA)operator and combined interval 2-tuple linguistic weight Bonferroni averaging(C-I2TLWBA)operator.We also study some properties of these aggregation operators,such as idempotency,monotonicity etc.According to decision-making with the decision information being 2-tuple linguistic information,we give the corresponding model and approach based on C-I2TLWBA operator.The numerical example of the evaluation of the soccer player indicates that the model is reasonable and feasible.(3)Considering the situation that people usually hesitant in the selection(4)process,we made a further study.Based on the interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic term set and hesitant fuzzy set,we propose interval-valued hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple set;Considering the interaction among decision making information,based on the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic set and Bonferroni averaging operator,we propose the concepts of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni averaging(IVHF2TLBA)operator,interval-valued hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weight Bonferroni averaging(IHF2TLWBA)operator,we also study some properties and special cases of these aggregation operators.We also propose a new kind of approach based on the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic weight Bonferroni averaging(IHF2TLWBA)operator under interval-valued hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment,and use this new approach to select talents.
