Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making Method Based On Uncertain Linguistic Information

Decision-making is the development of the people's life need to face,it in-clude not only the national resolution but also the individual behavioral decision.Because of the complexity of the environment and the limited cognition of the decision maker and the imprecision of the thinking,the decision-making activi-ties are often showing a normal uncertainty.Therefore,decision making method based on uncertain information has practical significance.This paper focuses on the research of multiple attribute group decision making based on uncertain lin-guistic evaluation information,and completes the following works:(1)From the point of view of information transformation,the concept of"nuclear" attribute value and "radius" attribute value of uncertain linguistic terms is given.According to the characteristics of the triangular norm,the oper-ational rules and the integration of the "core" and "radius" are given,and then a new arithmetic uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision making meth-od is proposed.This new system has good sealing property,and it can avoid the problem of out of bounds caused by computing uncertain linguistic terms.(2)In the light of the hesitation and uncertainty,this paper combines the qualitative linguistic expression with the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic term set theory,presenting the concept of fuzzy intuitionistic uncertain linguistic term set.That is to say,the linguistic evaluation is used to express the degree of membership and non-membership of the attribute value,which can better de-scribe the degree of hesitation and uncertainty of decision-making environment.Then based on the theory of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic set,the operational rules,the method of comparison and the integral operator of fuzzy intuitionistic uncertain linguistic terms are given.Furthermore,the corresponding mul-ti-attribute group decision making method is given,and the feasibility of the method is proved by an example.(3)Aiming at the problem of multi-attribute group decision making based on interval two tuple linguistic information,this paper proposes the interval two tuple linguistic utility distance which can deal with different distribution struc-ture,from the perspective of non-uniform distribution of linguistic preference information.By using the utility distance,the integrated operator is determined by constructing the minimum deviation model,that is,the interval two tuple se-mantic distance weighted integration operator and the ordered weighted integra-tion operator.At the same time,the properties of the operators are discussed,and then a group decision making method is proposed,finally,a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
