Research On Flora Characteristics Of Seed Plants In Qincaiping Nature Reserve

The flora of seed plants in Qincaiping Nature Reserve was analyzed as the whole research object.On the basis of in-depth investigation and assessment to a large number of documents,the species diversity,flora characteristics,geographic relations of the flora and endemism were studied,as well as rare endangered plants and wild national protected plants.Moreover,the ecological factors on the flora were explored.The results are as follows:(1)The flora is rich and ancientThere are 834 species of seed plants belonging to 133 families and 454 genera in Qincaiping,of which 5 families,7 genera and 8 species are angiosperms,and 128 families,447 genera and 826 species are angiosperms.There are 151 oligotypic genera and 289 monotypic genera in Qincaiping Nature Reserve,which account for 96.92% of the total genera,including 710 species and 85.13% of the total species.The high proportion indicates that the flora composition is relatively old.(2)The predominance of the flora is obviousThere are 7 dominant families in Qincaiping,accounting for 5.26% of the total number of families and 31.45% of the total number of species.There are 13 dominant genera,accounting for 2.9% of the total genera and 14.8% of the total species.Results showed that these dominant families and genera are of great advantage in the flora.(3)The component of the flora is comlexBased on areal-types analyses,the modern flora of Qincaiping is mainly composed of North Temperate elements,East Asia elements and Tropical elements.In general,the modern flora is of the temperate nature.(4)Flora divisionQincaiping Nature Reserve is located in the "East Asian Kingdom,China–Japan Forest Subkingdom,Central China Region,Sichuan Basin Subregion".However,the reserve is at the southwest margin of the subregion,being close to the "Central Yunnan Plateau Subregion" and "Southern Hengduan Mountains Subregion",which reflects the modern flora of Qincaiping has very close relationships with the China–Japan flora and China–Himalaya flora.(5)The endemism of the flora is prominentThere are 13 Chinese endemic genera and 322 Chinese endemic species,accounting for 2.87% of the total genera and 38.61% of the total species.Among them,18 are Sichuan endemic species,accounting for 2.16% of the total species.The results showed that the seed plant flora is very special.(6)The rare and endangered plants are abundanceQincaiping Nature Reserve has 19 species of rare and endangered plants(including both listed in CITES and IUCN),2 species of level I national protected plants and 5 species of level II national protected plants,the rarity is relatively obvious.(7)Ecological factors on plant floraCauses of the flora characteristics of Qincaiping are complex.The abiotic factors that affect the flora of Qincaiping are climatic and topographic factors,and the biological factors have a greater impact on the flora is anthropogenic factors.
