The Study On The Temporal And Spatial Variation Of The Vulnerability Of China's Marine Industry

More than 71% of the total area of the earth is covered by ocean,the ocean with the occurrence of the large amount of energy for human development provides a great deal of material guarantee,cause the human to seek self-development eyes happen to coincide from land to ocean,the development of Marine economy has become the leading national and regional economic development of pillar industries."Twelfth five-year" period in our country is to upgrade the Marine industry development pay unprecedented attention to the national strategic level.From the perspective of the world,Marine economy booming in the region,often to its economic development is very rapid.However,China's Marine industry of driving the development of national economy at the same time also inevitably affected by natural disasters,human factors such as weak over exploitation,Marine industry management system,impeded the development of Marine industry in China.So as to promote the rapid development of Marine economy in our country,the study of vulnerability of Marine industry in China is particularly important.Based on a large number of vulnerability elaborates the relevant theories,and research on vulnerability in related industries at home and abroad to make comments,the article from the system vulnerable point of vulnerability of marine industry of in-depth content analysis,in the establishment based on the system sensitivity and ability to respond to the vulnerability index system on the basis of,the use of entropy method,TOPSIS method and obstacle degree evaluation formula of China 11 coastal provinces and cities 2006-2013 years fragile marine industry of space-time evolution characteristics and the main influencing factors were analyzed.The results show that the sensitivity and response capability of marine industry are determined by the marine industry,and the industry has a relatively low level of marine industry,such as,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Hainan,Shandong,Guangxi,Liaoning,Hebei,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shanghai,Bohai and other provinces,which can be used to analyze the vulnerability of marine industry in China.Through obstacle degree evaluation formula of calculation and analysis show that,marine industrial structure optimization level,the scientific and technological content of the marine industry,marine personnel quality and marine environment protection is of marine industry in the regions vulnerable main factors influence and vulnerable provinces and municipalities that are more affected by the above factors influence degree of the more obvious.
