Marine Industry Convergence Problem Research Of China's Three Major Marine Economic Zones

After 30 years'development,China's marine economy has formed the three marine economic zone, its marine economy's development has formed a solid foundation, presented strongly growth momentum.However, with the rapid development of marine economy, marine development process is facing with many problems to be solved, among them, the marine industry convergence is an important problem. Domestic research on the problem of marine industry convergence is less, most researchers just from the perspective of theory to analyse the marine industry convergence problem, but not validated it from the perspective of empirical analysis.In this paper, we using 2013 industrial structure similarity index measure of FAN Fuzhuo, respectively measuring the three marine economic zone in China three times in 11 coastal provinces and cities in the marine industry and ocean industry segment under the different classification of marine industries, the marine industrial structure similarity index is also different. Embodied in:under the three industry classification of marine industrial structure convergence, while marine industrial structure under subdivision industry show divergence.We can see from the results of the study that, although the convergence trends of three marine economic zone in the marine industry in China still relatively serious problem, but as the marine industries tend to be diversified increasingly, and the macroeconomic regulation and control of the overall structure of marine industries of province and city governments, the convergence problems gradually improved. In addition, this paper using shift-share analysis to the marine industrial structure convergence effect on growth of marine economy has carried on the empirical analysis, the results show that the convergence of China's three major marine economic zones of marine industrial structure hindered the development of marine economy. The purpose of this paper lies in the combination of theory and empiricalanalysis, to analyse the convergence trends of three major marine economic zones, inductive analysis to our country and provide reasonable policies for the development of marine economy.
