With the development of science and technology and the enhancement of economic level,the population of cities is increasing and the pressure of public transportation is increasing,the metro becomes an important means of transportation for people's daily travel.As the demand for metro construction increases,the management of metro engineering project has been paid much attention.Facing the characteristics of large scale construction,long construction route,long engineering period and complex construction environment,we need a comprehensive and reasonable construction organization and efficient coordination management.The project management of metro engineering project plays an important role in the project process control,the monitoring of all aspects and the informatization construction of the project files.This paper focuses on two aspects of metro engineering project management,including project flow with data archiving,monitoring with early warning.The specific contents include:(1)Discussion on the Scheme of Metro Engineering Project Management: Aiming at the content and demand of construction schedule management and archives information construction in metro project,a procedural and visualized management scheme of engineering schedule and data file is designed.According to the needs of risk monitoring in metro construction process,a new method for assessing hidden dangers is proposed,a hidden danger investigation and response safety mechanism is established,and a management scheme for visualizing monitoring data with its location in engineering monitoring is put forward.(2)System Design: The goal of the system is to construct the procedural management mode of information and to realize the visualized monitoring and response of the construction risks of metro project data files.Based on the system framework to build the basic theory,the spatial data organization method and the spatial data visualization technology,the system is determined to use the B/S-model three-layer architecture.It uses the spatial database engine ArcSDE and the relational database SQL Server to manage the data,ASP.NET technology to implement application business logic,Ajax for Communication and interaction between server and client browser,MapTalks and ECharts for the visualization of the browser end data and the interactiveoperation of the map.(3)Case Application: The functions of the system in engineering monitoring,project management,data management and system management are studied.The content simulation of the system is applied to the three phase project of Wuhan rail transit line four.In the simulation case,a comprehensive construction process safety monitoring,data collection,filing,and visual query of engineering schedule and spatial location are realized,so as to achieve unified data management and conditional sharing.The application proves that the system design is applicable for the metro engineering project management,and it has a certain extent of extensibility.This study attempts to use WebGIS technology to combine metro project data management and metro network location information,and to combine automatic monitoring and artificial report during metro engineering construction together.It designed a set of complete solutions for the organization management,process management,safety management,information and archives management of metro engineering project.
