Study On The Emergency Management System Of Meteorological Disasters In Hebei Province

At present, have infiltrated the meteorological disasters, affecting all areas of society, the Chinese government also increased the meteorological disaster emergency management system's construction dynamics, meteorological disaster prevention has become one of the important contents of the governmental emergency management. Hebei province is located in the northeast of the North China Plain, the terrain is complex and surrounded by the capital Beijing and Tianjin, all kinds of meteorological disasters occur frequently, resulting in economic losses and social impact. Therefore, the establishment of a sound and efficient emergency management system in Hebei province is an important means to improve the ability of meteorological disaster prevention in Hebei Province, and is also an extremely urgent and arduous task.In this paper, the actual work by consulting literature, investigation, comparative analysis and other methods, briefly introduced the research background, purpose and meteorological disaster emergency management at home and abroad research status, and a detailed analysis of the related problems of Hebei Province meteorological disaster emergency management system through four aspects. Third, through the introduction of the United States, Japan and other developed countries and China's coastal provinces in the development of meteorological disaster emergency management system, learn and draw on advanced management experience and practices.
