Research On The Influence Factors Of The Project Completion Settlement Progress Based On System Dynamics

With the rapid development of economy, the scale and capacity of enterprises increasing, the effect of scientific management will become more and more significant, so that the management of scientific research has been promoted to an important position. Although the project completion settlement as an important content of modern management in the construction industry, currently the progress lag of the completion settlement is a common phenomenon, resulting in the project both sides often dispute. The progress lag of the project completion settlement, not only to the Contractor's survival and development of the formation of a certain degree of constraints, but also to the owners caused great negative impact. These adverse effects indicate that the progress lag of the completion settlement is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the influence Factors of the project completion settlement progress were studied, not only to provide new ideas for this problem study, it can also improve the ability to control the settlement progress, has a very important practical significance. By using system dynamics method to construct the completion settlement progress influence factors of causal loop diagram and the system flow chart, with examples to determine the model parameters and equations, through simulation to study the influence degree of the project completion settlement progress influence factors. The research results and innovations are as follows:(1) Based on the theory of completion settlement and existing literature summary, this paper will be completed clearing process is divided for the preparation, review and approval of the three stages, a detailed analysis of the impact of completion settlement of the various stages of the progress of the main factors, construction of the completion settlement progress influence factors of causal loop diagram and system flow chart.(2) With examples the model parameters and the equation are determined, using Vensim DSS software simulation, at last, by changing the model parameters determined the influence degree of the completion settlement progress influence factors and put forward some suggestions for improvement of the main influence factors, for managers to determine control center to provide reference.(3) In this paper, the system dynamics is used to construct the model of the influence factors of the completion settlement progress, expand the application field of the system dynamics, and deepen the analysis of the influence factors of the settlement progress. The research on the completion settlement progress mostly qualitative analysis of the surface. This study adopts the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative, the use of system dynamics is simulated to obtain the influence degree of the settlement progress of each factor.The research results obtained in this paper have a certain academic reference value for the research of the completion settlement progress, and also have higher application value to the management and control of the completion settlement progress. However, due to my lack of experience, knowledge level is limited, in the process of modeling and application of the influence factors of the completion settlement progress, there may be a lack of in-depth study, and may even have problems. I will study and work in the future, more in-depth study of these issues.
