Intertidal Benthic Algae Ecology Research In Jinshitan Of Dalian

From January to December,2015,the dalian intertidal benthic algae has carried on the investigation and study,research methods in Jinshitan intertidal zone set up six section samples,each section,in the tide and low tide high tide with three sites,sampling algae method is divided into qualitative and quantitative to collect two kinds.Using Margalef species richness index and Pielou evenness index and Shsnnon-Wiener diversity index of characterization of algae diversity,statistics and analysis,explores the intertidal benthic algae species composition,economic algae composition and characteristics of harmful algae,biomass distribution,community structure characteristics,temperature properties and new record species are new records and dalian,China.After investigation found that the algae,a total of 93 species belonging to 3phylums 16 orders 31 families 54 Genus and there are 56 species belong to rhodophyta,accounting for 60.2% of the total;chlorophyta 17 species,accounting for18.3% of the total;phaeophyta 20 species,which account for 21.5% of the total.Biomass of each sampling section distribution there exists significant difference in different season,summer is most,winter the least,the performance for the winter less than fall less than the laws of the spring is less than the summer.The level of the community structure is in different seasons,each section of algae species exist obvious difference;Vertical structure is characterized by low water mainly rhodophyta,most types of orgasms with mainly chlorophyta,at least in the tidal zone mainly phaeophyta,species number between the two;Time structure is characterized by spring algae species,most fall species,at least show less than winter less than less than spring summer autumn,green algae minimum of each season,phaeophyta,rhodophyta up;By analyzing temperature properties,Jinshitan intertidal benthic algae flora and properties including warm temperate and cold temperate zone,and warm temperate sex is better than cold temperate sex,seaweed flora belongs to the yellow sea west range.By clustering analysis and diversity analysis,found that each species diversity of the cross section of samples also have certain differences,autumn and winter of species richness,evenness and diversity were lower than that of the spring and summer.
