With the development of modern science, the philosophy of science as a philosophy theory that focus on the science, changed a lot. This paper mainly investigated methodological view of philosophy of science, including logical empiricism, falsificationism, historicism, sophisticated falsificationism and Pluralism. These methodological views produced some important influence to economic methodology. Since 19 century, Economics began to study natural science research methods, They hope that economics can become as well as natural science with powerful predictive and explanatory function. Philosophy of Science initially limited to the study of the natural sciences, but when turned to the field of economics, some of the previous views on the methodology has played a guiding influence in economicsIn 19 century, logical positivism is prevalent in philosophy of science, with the influence of logical positivism methodology, economics gradually became a science rely on mathematical logic. Falsificationism occupied the dominant position of economic thought, so that methodology of economics in 20th century is full of falsificationism features, but for some reasons many economists did not practice what they advocate. Kuhn's historicism provide valuable reference for economics, but we also see the defects of paradigm. Because unfalsifiable assumptions and the logical positivism traditional approach, economists are more likely to accept a moderate fine Falsificationism. Thus, economics gradually developed into a research work around the Neoclassical research program. Pluralism is a kind of resistance of mainstream economics and pursuit for more practical explanatory power of economic analysis. Since 20 century, cognitive science has changed the traditional cognitive model, and it produced the inspiration for economics. It will contribute to the mainstream economics by combined with Cognitive Science and Economics.
