Marine economy is the world's top research,along with the coastal open into a new stage,more and more countries will focus on the development of marine economy.In recent years,despite the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of marine economy,but compared with some developed countries,China's marine economy is still in a relatively backward position.Therefore,the study summarizes the experience of developed countries the development of marine economy,marine economy for the promotion of health and sustainable development of great importance related.Firstly,we selected the United States,Canada,Britain,Australia and Japan five marine economy developed,described and analyzed the state of the marine.economy,and which summed up the trend of the world's marine economic development.Secondly,this paper describes and analyzes the present situation of China's marine economy development,and China's marine economy development the problems discussed.Again,to the marine economic development of countries comparative study,we use factor analysis to construct the country's macroeconomic environment,marine science and technology level,the level of economic development of the oceans,the level of sustainable development of comprehensive marine management and marine these five categories and twenty evaluation index system of the four original variables,using SPSS22.0 software selected variables factor analysis,according to the results of the analysis of marine economic development of countries in a comprehensive evaluation;compared with last factor analysis compares the current situation according to development of marine economy propose appropriate policy recommendations results obtained.
