This dissertation deals with taxonomic and faunistic studies on the spiders of Qingliang Mountain, also refers to the diversity and distribution pattern. The entire work is divided into two parts as follows:?.Based on the data of identifying spider specimens from field investigation and the previous literatures,40 families,186 genera and 423 species are reported. The diagnoses of each family and genus are given. The literatures citations and information of the examined materials are provided for each genus and species.New taxa are described in detail.Figures for 13 species are given.9 new species are described: Ajmonia tibioprocessa sp.nov.,Cheiracanthium subsolidum sp.nov.,Hahnia setifera sp.nov.,Clubiona leporauricula sp.nov.,C.longitegulum sp.nov.,Stenaelurillus triapophyses sp.nov.,Theridion ligulaceum sp.nov.,Hitobia longispinu sp.nov.,Yaginumaella psemontana sp.nov.;one female(Evarcha hirticeps(Song & Chai,1992))and three males(Theridion obscuratum Zhu,1998,Euophrys atrata Song & Chai,1992,Euophrys bulbus Bao & Peng,2002)are described for the first time;four species were newly recorded in China: Argyrodes cylindratus Thorell,1898,Mallinella sadamotoi(Ono & Tanikawa,1990),Philodromus albidus Keyserling,1911,Chalcoscirtus grishkanae Marusik,1988.?.The faunistic characters of 423 species from Qingliang Mountain are discussed systematically. The results are shown as follows: 1)Faunal components of Qingliang Mountain mainly are Oriental plus Palearctic species in world zoo-geographical realm;the next are Oriental species, blend feature of two realms is obvious;the endemic genus are absent, the endemic species only possess 2.62%;the Cosmopolite components and Nearctical,Australianal,Aethiopical and Neotropical component are very low;2)In China zoo-geographic regions,Central China region is the main body, below ordinal it is South China region,Southwest China Region,North China region,Northeast China Region,Inner Mongolia-Xinjiang Region and Qinghai-Tibet Region.
