With the development of global economic,enterprises in society are facing intense market competition. Especially,at the time of global economic crisis.The competition between enterprises is shifting from products and services to customer resource. Trading companies’ core business is to provide high level of service.So the level of customer relationship management directly determines the enterprise’s performance.In this paper,I take I company as the research object, analyze the present situation and the existing problems of customer relationship management of I company.Put forward suggestion and countermeasures for customer relationship management of I company. In order to achieve the purpose of improve the level of I company’s customer relationship management, reduce the cost of operating, attract and keep more valuable customer and bring more profits for I company.This paper is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, I introduce the background,purpose and significance of the study. Some related literatures are reviewed in this chapter. In the second chapter I analysis the condition of customer relationship management in I company. In the third chapter,I analyze the exist problem of customer relationship management in I company. In the fourth chapter, according to the survey results,I put forward suggestion in order to solve the exist problem in the customer relationship management of I company.In the fifth chapter, I carry out conclusion and the summery to the full test and point out the limitation and shortage of this study and also give some suggestion on the future study.In this paper,I provide a detail analysis of customer relationship management of I company from both theory and practice point of view and provide series of workable suggestion for its improvement. Hope can help similar trading company in China.
