Study On Purchasing Management Based On Supply Chain Mode Of YS Company

With the global economic integration process accelerating, the information technology has been widely used in various industries, changes in business environment faced by the enterprises. Enterprise procurement work from the past to buy and sell the transition to the era of supply chain management, and,it is an important part of core competitiveness that the procurement has been to the value-added enterprises. Therefore, how to design the reasonable purchasing processes and strengthen the supplier management has become the most concerned problem for managers of YS Company.In this paper, with a large resource type enterprise YS company as an example, fully applicated the theory of supply chain management and procurement management, analyzes the problems that this companies existing in the procurement process and supplier management, these problems caused the low efficiency of company purchasing, the impact on the company’s products, quality and cost reputation. According to the problem in procurement process,to re-optimize the allocation of the procurement organizational function,design the reengineering scheme, formulate the implementation steps, analyze the optimized results. On supplier management, based on supply chain model to propose improvement program of supplier management,by the supplier’s characteristics to divide into general partner suppliers, technology and competitive suppliers, the great impact suppliers and strategic partner suppliers. Established supplier evaluation index system, used the method of combining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate suppliers, invited experts to rate the performance of existing suppliers and proposed vendor incentives and elimination mechanism.The research of this paper for YS company has the guiding role to upgrade the level of purchasing management, reduce the cost and accelerate the speed of response to the market, and improve customer satisfaction. And also for other coal enterprise procurement management,it also has reference significance.
