Research On Optimization Strategy Of Chemical Purchasing In CRO Company Y

Medicine Contract Research Organization industry has developed rapidly in recent years,and the market size is increasingly growing.With the fierce competition,how to obtain more contract and get more profit are problems need deeper consideration,faced by every CRO company.Procurement is the first step of production and operation,as well as an important part of supply chain management.Optimizing the purchasing strategies of chemicals can effectively improve the purchasing efficiency,reduce the purchasing cost,and enhance market competitiveness of the company.This thesis made a research mainly on the purchasing strategies of chemicals in medicine Contract Research Organization,and proposed an optimization plan which includes the following five parts.Firstly,this thesis made a research on the developing situation of CRO industry,and presented the purpose and significance of this research combined with the domestic and overseas researches,and made the research methods and routes at the end of this part.Secondly,through the reviews of documents and data,this part analyzed the relevant theories of supply chain management and procurement management,which provided theoretical foundation to this thesis.Thirdly,this thesis analyzed the procurement situation of Y company,and put forward the current problems.Meanwhile,this thesis proposed some optimization strategies to the supplier evaluation,chemicals procurement plan and functions of e-commerce platform of Y company,through questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process.At last,this thesis made a conclusion of this research,and presented some unaccomplished matters which need further discussions.
