Enterprises need to respond to the needs of the market more quickly, they must race against time. In the fierce market competition, enterprises main concern on the market price, cost, quality and service, increase the response time requirements, that is, the requirements of delivery time of products, and that for electronic products, especially the mobile phone industry, the delivery time of products is becoming more and more important, and even more than the price requirements of the trend.Hui Rui products delivery is the research object in this thesis, starting from the order process management, supply chain value flow and production process, we have made profound analysis for the existing problems. We found out that the Hui Rui company in the overall process design, to maintain the original process, there are various drawbacks, can not adapt to the small number, order production model. In the supply chain management, there are low efficiency and long process cycle. Overall process flow, due to the lack of production experience, the transfer process is more, the low efficiency of the staff. These factors seriously affect the product delivery cycle, that have a great negative impact for the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to optimize the product delivery time, this paper optimizes the order process and makes the process more smooth and efficient, improve supply chain short board, shorten the supply cycle, optimize production layout,break through the bottleneck of production capacity, improve production efficiency by industrial engineering analysis. On the whole, shorten the delivery time of the products, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.At present, the production mode of order mode is gradually becoming the mainstream of the market, and the delivery time of the products is becoming more and more important. Therefore, in the paper, to Hui Rui company as an example,by analyze to delivery time of the products in the company, hope to find out the influence factors of product delivery, and to analyze and improve, then solve the problem,ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the delivery time of products. At the same time, through the case of Hui Rui company, it can play a reference to other enterprises in the same problem.
