Research On Enterprise Warehouse Logistics Based On Lean Production

Accompany with more and more vigorous competition in the domestic and international market, the profit margins of many business enterprises are becoming smaller. The price of the materials and the cost of the labor are continuously increased each year, the enterprise turnover of capital is more and more tough, and the distribution of channel is not smooth enough which caused the products backlogged. These factors affect the development of enterprise fiercely. Meantime, the demands of consumers are more and more various and differential, market segmentations multiplied, products range increased sharply. Currently, the cost of the Logistics supply chain has accounted to 80% of the whole running cost of the manufacturing company. The logistics management is still adopting extensive management model. So how to create the appropriate logistics system becomes more and more important, which can help the manufacturing company to reduce the cost, optimize the key point of the logistics operating process, and produce lots of different products with few quantities to satisfy the demands of the consumers.The paper examines logistics operation of Bosch power tools factory, and analyzes its shortcomings in the existing logistics system. After deep analysis, the it combines relevant theories at home and abroad, introduces Lean production idea at a lower operating cost, and reconstructs overall raw material logistics system. Then the paper shows practice methods and their application from the following key logistics nodes:standard time window, max-and-min pull system for supermarkets, and JIT Milkrun material delivery.The paper presents that reformed low-cost logistics system can help the company to get the targets of reducing cost, resolving such problems as following: the demands of the enterprise, the delivery of the suppliers, the mismatching of supplies and demands between the producing department and warehouse. The reformed system also can reduce the inventory and waste of each department and keep the function of making fast response well. Besides, it can help administrators to run the procedure automatically. The conclusion of the study is not only available for the Bosch power tools factory, but also for the theory and application research of the low cost logistic management of manufacturing enterprises.
