In real economic life, many people don’t really understand the basic function of salary incentive mechanism in human resource management. If there is no good salary incentive mechanism, human resources management will lack essential significance. However, effective compensation incentive mechanism will exist in the human resource management problems solved, the management of enterprises and state-owned direct interaction. Good salary incentive mechanism can make the state-owned enterprises retain talent, give the state-owned enterprise vitality. This paper selects commercial project team as the object, mining problems and reasons existing in the salary incentive mechanism, and find ways to solve and development pay incentive mechanism, and to establish a perfect compensation incentive system, promote the long-term development.The main content of this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research status, research contents and methods; the second part of the relevant theoretical basis, elaborated the salary theory and salary design theory, laid the theoretical foundation for this research; analysis of difficulties of compensation design team the third part of the commercial project, found that there are periodic characteristics, diversity, mobility, knowledge workers as the majority of team compensation design of commercial projects, and dig out the team salary design of commercial project structure imbalance, distribution way backward, failure mechanism, lack of standardized, narrow channel, ignoring the difference, basic failure, low external competitiveness the fourth part raises problems; commercial project design team salary system, the commercial project team compensation System design scheme selection, based on two factor theory of project team compensation system design, commercial project team broadband pay system design; the fifth part a shopping plaza development project team compensation system design, first a shopping plaza to expand the project team staff’s salary system satisfaction survey, and then put forward the mediation compensation structure, improved distribution, perfect compensation mechanism, strengthen the standardization of compensation, broaden the pay channels, improve competitive compensation and optimization strategy; the sixth part is the conclusion, summarized the full text, found the problem...
