Coordination Analysis On Urbanization Development And Land Use Change Of Southern Xinjiang

In recent years, along with the rapid development of social economy, population increase, the rapid expansion of urban construction, large-scale reclamation of farmland, urban land use pattern have occurred a great change, and caused the sharply grow contradiction between urban expansion and farm land decreases. City expansion is considered as one of the most obvious characteristics of city space. This paper based on the social economic statistical data of southern Xinjiang in1989-2012 years, using a linear regression model and coordination analysis, 1990,2000 and 2010 3 Landsat TM, ETM+, ALOS/AVNIR-2 data as data source,extracting the information of cultivated area and city area, Have taken analysis on the change, correlation and coordination relationship between urbanization and farm land source. At the same time, by decoupling theory and related models, took analysis on the changes and relationship between urban population and urban construction of the five cities in southern region. Using find out the interactive relationship between urbanization level and cultivated land resources, population urbanization and construction land, the interactive relationship between urbanization and coupled coordination of land use benefits, to provide reference for local government for urban planning and further development. The result show:(1)Recent 24 years,The southern area is in slower urbanization development period, among them, Korla city is in the highest level of urbanization, then Aksu city, Kashgar city, and Hotan city respectively, while the Atux city is in the lowest urbanization level. The area of cultivated land in Korla, Aksu, Kashgar cities show an increasing trend, while total cultivated land of Atux city an Hotan city are continuously decreased, and Hotan city decreased greatly; correlation coefficient of Kashgar is the largest, at the value of 0.8152, then Hotan at the value of0.5257,Atux,at the value of 0.3563,and the Aksu and Korla city, at the value of0.0202、0.0475 respectively,There is a positive correlation between the level of city area and cultivated land area in the South XinJiang. Can be known that the improvement of the urbanization level of Korla and Aksu is not based on the reduction of cultivated land, but the Aksu city, Kashgar city, and Hotan city is based on the reduction of cultivated land(2)the coordination degree type show that: The cultivated land resources areaand city level coordination degree in South Xinjiang is at the increasing trend,during the study period, coordination relationship between cultivated land resources and urbanization level in South Xinjiang area is developing to the benign gradually.From the state of uncoordinated in 1990 changed to the basic coordination in2012,explain that the changes in the southern region of the coordination degree in each year during the study period were inconsistent, especially in 2012.(3)the urbanization level and the comprehensive index of land use efficiency calculation of southern XinJiang show that: Korla, kashgar cities are belong to in the stage of urbanization level is in advance on land use efficiency first, then change into the stage of urbanization level is lagging in advance on land use efficiency;Aksu city is in the stage of urbanization level is in advance on land use efficiency;Hotan city and Atux city are in the stage of urbanization level is lagging in advance on land use efficiency. Coupling degree analysis show that: the southern region is in the lower coupling degree, under the low coupling level and running in stage period;the highest coupling is in Korla and Kashgar city, the lowest coupling is in Atux city and Hotan city.(4)Coordination degree analysis show that: The coordination degree of Korla city, Aksu city and Kashgar city are relatively higher; The coordination degree of Atux city and Hotan city are lower; for this reason, each place should take appropriate policy measures and control basis on the Coordination degree of each city, to achieve the coordinated development between those.(5)The total population, urban population and population density in southern Xinjiang are all on the rising trend from 1989 to 2012.Among them, Hotan city has the highest total population amount,,then, Korla city, Kashgar city respectively;With the lowest total population amount is Atux city. City population growth rate is the highest in Atux City, then is Korla city and Hotan city respectively while the Kashgar city has the lowest population growth rate; Population density is the largest in Korla Cit, then is Aksu city and Kashgar city respectively, while the Hotan city and the Atux city come with the lowest population density; the city construction land area of five city in the southern region are increasing,the Urban construction land expansion speed of Korla city,Aksu city and Kashiger city is relatively fast, the reason is, the facilities of these cities are developed, economic development is also faster; Urban construction land expansion speed of Hotan city and Atux city is relatively slow, the reason is those cities have limited on topographical condition、geographic conditions and sources, besides the economic development is also lower,weaker driving force for the expansion of city space.(6)Decoupling relationship analysis show that:,the α value of Korla city is1.09,belong to area II,which is expansion connection;the α value of Aksu city is0.75,belong to area Ⅰ,Weak decoupling relationship; the α value of Kashgar city is0.97,belong to area II,expansion connection; the α value of Atux and Hotan are0.23,0.24,belong to areaⅠWeak decoupling relationship; taking analysis from the coordination degree: only Korla city is belong to Coordinated type, other cities are belong to uncoordinated type.
