Human Resource Management which is used by enterprises as a strong measurement to gain the competitive advantage is a management action based on the strategic, that is not without the performance management. The strategic objectives are allocated to the departments of the enterprise by the performance management, even to each position in order to do and improve performance of every employee. So, to manage and improve the performance of employees can enhance the performance of the enterprise, even though the productive and evaluation.HP packing co., is the secondary company belonging to A packaging group company. With the requirements of A packaging group management, staff appraisal method of HP packing company changed from key work task to key KPI assessment indicators. Performance management has simple links of planning and communication. In the early stages of the testing plan, the company set up performance management committee to discuss and complete each piece of assessment and each index weight, to set the staff performance targets and to evaluate staffs from multi dimension such as performance, ability, attitude etc. However, after a period of time, there was no significant improvement of the employees’ performance. Disagreement and resistance of performance management emerged gradually. Adjustment of performance management methods cannot disperse the fear of all managers to performance management.Based on the status quo of HP packaging company performance management, this research uses of different methods such as questionnaire survey, employees’ interview and comparison with other companies to diagnosis the present situation of the HP packaging company staff performance management and analyze its problems. With reference of the performance management experience from well-known enterprises at home and abroad, this research improves the short board of the existing performance management system of the company system and provides a set of advanced program that is suitable for current performance management of HP packaging company.
