Research On Oil Wells Differentiation Management In Gudao Oil Production Plant

After more than 40 years of development, most oil production plants in Gudao are in the middle-late period of oil exploitation after thirty years development. It is meaningful to conduct the differentiation management according to the different management difficulty.After the investigation in Gudao Oil Production Plant it founds that there are some problems of oil well management in this production plant. The classification of different oil Wells is lack of differentiation, and the employees is lack of targeted training and employment. These problems directly affect the level of management of oil Wells, in turn, affect the size of the production plant production. On the basis of in-depth analysis, this paper constructs the oil well differentiated management system and the system includes the well differentiation classification, contractor differentiation deployment and training, the well differentiated personification management and assessment of oil well differentiated. There are four kinds of oil wells according to the assessment that is based on the index system of the oil management difficulty and the method of catastrophe evaluation. According to the personal differentiation assignment and management of different oil plant and performance assessment of employees based on the level of oil plant, the activity and creativity of the staff will be fully stimulated. Finally, the well differentiated management implementation measures are put forward. This paper also puts forward some safeguards for the well differentiated management implementation, using information technology, building employee incentive mechanism and so on. Research helps improve the efficiency of the well management, realize the goal of oil well production, and promote the increase of production efficiency.
