Application And Research Base On Lean Production Management Of H Company Pelletizing Plant

H company is engaged in the management and utilization of metallurgy solid wastes foriron and steel industry. The steel industry is a high-water industry, but also causes severepollution. The sewage in the manufacturing process of iron and steel industry mainly comesfrom the water used in production process, cooling equipment and products, Washing Fumeand Dust,equipments and sites. Smoke dusting of converter steelmaking often adopts OG wetwashing method. Washing the converter gas drains much sewage.If not handled in time, it willlead serious water pollution in the surrounding, meanwhile, sewage has sludge containing ironfor recycling value, so, most steel industry adopt OG wet dusting method to eliminate dustand then the sewage will be transported to sinter plant after being filter to form a cake insewage treatment station,or to be formed into a cold-hardened pellet for use of converter.H company pelletizing plant has a80000tons of cold-hardened pellet production line.The process of treating the sewage by adopting the OG wet dusting method and filter it into aa sludge cake for recycle has obtained remarkable economic benefit. However，greatdifferences still exist between H company and some other developed company of ourcountry in quality management， cost management，worksite management and resourceutilization rate．Lean Production caused a revolution in production management and can becalled a milestone in industrialization history．The ultimate object of lean production is toreduce waste and to establish a flexible and efficient production system．Lean Productionrepresents the development trends of manufacturing in current days and it is praised as thestandard mode of production in the field of manufacture in21century．As an advanced modeof production，lean production plays a very important part in improving the level ofproduction management in the field of manufacture in China．In the purpose of improving theproduction system of Cold-hardened Pellet enterprises, this thesis will make a deep analysison the application of Lean Production in these enterprises based on analyzing the currentsituation of production system used in cold-hardened pellet at home and aboard.The thesis aims to provide strategy and research to solve the problems in productionmanagement inside H company pelletizing plant. Starting with a typical theory of currentLean Production and internal management, the author uses lean production-related knowledge,related work experience and application in enterprises, especially taking the case of thepelletizing plant of H Company to analyze the manufacturing management and qualitymanagement under the Lean Production Management. What’s more, the actual operation and the results of Lean Production are analyzed and explained in the thesis by the real diagnosisway.At first，the paper gives a brief introduction to pelletizing plant and introduces someadvanced theory on production system, the theory of Lean Production by analyzing its currentproduction system. So that we could find a path of optimizing and improving manufacturesystem by analysis methods such as quantity and quality，the statistic of graphic and tableinvestigation on the site，systems analysis and so on．Based on the own experience ofworking in cold-hardened pellet enterprises, the author analyzes the current production systemand improvement measures in the enterprises by combining with the study of the applicationof Lean Production at home and abroad. And the paper will give a specific introduction toapplication, implementation and effectiveness of Lean Production in Cold-hardened Pelletenterprises. Taking Lean Production as the guiding ideology, this thesis aims at studying onlean production system and offering a design of promoting lean production methods by theanalysis and diagnosis of pelletizing plant management situation in H Company. Meanwhile,the thesis will help to pave a way for the research on application of Lean Production inenterprise in our country.
