A Study On Information Infrastructure Construction Structure Of The Information Resource Integration For Villages From Fujian, Guangdong And Jiangxi

The former Central Soviet Area extends across the three provinces of Fujian,Guangdong and Jiangxi, and it is the main cradle of the People’s Republic of China and the Soviet Area spirit. The current era is the era with the rapid development of information technologies, and information technology has become an important driving force for China’s economic and social development. In the process of building a moderately prosperous society, the revitalization and development in Soviet Areas of Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi must rely on the information technology.Therefore, this paper applies relevant theories of information resource, integrated management, information resource integration and information infrastructure, together with the actual cases of the service mode in information resource integration, to construct the theoretical research system in this paper and provide a theoretical support and practical guidance for the in depth development of the research topic. The problems of information infrastructure construction is essentially the problems of information infrastructure construction’s structure or system.Afterwards, this paper uses the method combining structure construction and system analysis and innovatively proposes the“information infrastructure construction structure of the information resource integration for villages from Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi”, the six modules and the logical relationship between each module, that’s the module of information resource integration is the base layer, the module of information technology integration is the power layer, the module of information service staff is the key layer, the module of information service mode is the link layer, the module of information service environment is the protect ion layer and the module of information resource sharing is the object layer. These six modules are interlinked, mutually promoted and construct the“information infrastructure construction structure of the information resource integration for villages from Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi” together. This paper assumes that this structure is an integrated structure that is based on information users’ concrete and practical required situations and treats the goal of maximizing the entire service performance of the information resources. Through the feasibility analysis, this paper also demonstrates that this structure’s function could meet the specific information needs of the rural residents in Soviet areas of Fujian, Guangdong andJiangxi.In addition, this paper takes the example of Soviet areas of south Jiangxi, the most representative of the "cradle of the Republic" among the Soviet areas of Jiangxi, Fujian and Guangdong, deeply analyzes the development foundation in the information infrastructure construction in villages in the Soviet areas of south Jiangxi, and makes the proposal of strengthening the long-acting security mechanism for the information infrastructure construction in villages in the Soviet areas of south Jiangxi after the development present situation and problems analysis on the local information infrastructure construction.Through the above research, the paper concludes that the overall development trend for our old revolutionary base areas has some common issues in the development bottleneck and difficulties. Therefore, the study in this paper could provide intellectual support for the future study on bolstering the information infrastructure construction in the Soviet areas of Jiangxi, Fujian and Guangdong, or even the old revolutionary base areas’ information construction.
